Welcome to Arise 'n' Shine. We offer variety of online classes in Phonics, Spoken English, Drawing, Hand Writing, YoungLead, KidsYoga, Summer Camps, Kindergarten and Preschool.

MyBeeClub is owned by Arise n Shine Schools Private Limited, hereinafter referred as ANSPL, an educational enterprise originated from Great Lakes Michigan, USA.

The terms and conditions on this page explain the agreement (contract) between ANSPL and you, the user of ANSPL’s online programs.You automatically agree to fully accept ANSPL’s terms and conditions below anytime you register for ANSPL’s online programs.

Onboarding Policy

 

 

For Online Summer Camp, once youregister for the camp, you will receive a mail with login credentials to join the class. Depending on the program selected you will have access to the campfor the duration of the program.

For other online classes you will receive a mail or WhatsApp with payment details. Once after the payment is received you will receive Zoom invite to join the class.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

 

For all teacher driven online classes, if you cancel the class there is no compensation class or refund. If the teacher cancels the class you get a compensation class.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a one-to-one classroom session, it is the responsibility of the student to cancel or reschedule as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in missing the class and no refunds will be given.

To send your request, send a mail to support@myarisenshine.com with the following details:
Your Name, Phone Number, and Reason for Cancellation or Schedule.

 

 

Refund Policy

 

 

For Online Summer Camp Classes, if you choose to cancel the program you can claim for a refund. You will not get a refund once you have logged in to access the program.

For other online classes we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We do not issue refunds for classes that have already been completed.

To send your request, send a mail to support@myarisenshine.com with the following details:
Your Name, Phone Number, Payment Transaction ID, Bank Details (for fund transfer) and Reason for Refund.

The refund will be processed through online transfer within 7 to 10 working days.

 

 

Technical issues

 

 

If you have electricity or technical problems from your side, ANSPL cannot be responsible if you miss a class or part of a class. If there is a technical issue from our end you get a compensation class.

Holidays

The company observes most of the Government of Tamil Nadu listed public holidays. We will remind you of these holidays when they are approaching.

Copyright and Use of Materials

Copyright of lesson material: all lessons provided are the property of ANSPL solely, and may not be reused or distributed in any way unless written consent fromANSPL has been given.
All content and materials are for authorized personal use only. Unauthorized use and sharing are strictly prohibited.
Class times and materials may not be shared with others and are the property of ANSPL.
